The Consulate General is not competent to issue a certificate regarding a Belgian driver’s license. Therefore, instead, you are kindly requested to contact the Belgian municipality (‘gemeente’ ‘commune’) where you have been registered last.
Only in five provinces, Belgians living in Canada can exchange their Belgian driving license for a local driving license.
